Picked this up at the Farmer's Market yesterday. I cut it up and took it to a show. It was a hit. Everyone thought it was pineapple at first. It tastes similar to watermelon but more tart. Someone said that it was more like a regular watermelon rind than the fruit. I agree. I think I would have liked it better if it were seedless. Not bad though. I may get another.
